Surprises A flower bloomed early one spring, The first surprise of many. That flower’s smell made all birds sing, It’s color brighter than any. That Flower’s nectar summoned the bee, Which made honey in its hive. Another surprise even to me, That flower learned how to drive. That flower suffered through thick and thin, Through drought and flood and pest. But God was always there with him, And he’d always try his best. Then the birds met the bees, And they gave me a niece, Then the flowers met the trees, And that flower rest in peace. A flower bloomed early one spring, The first surprise of many. That flower’s smell made all birds sing, It’s color brighter than any. Tobiah Steinmetz

Israel was highly intelligent and funny. His memory will go on  and part of him will live in Laura.

"I need a sign to let me know you're here." - Train, Calling All You Angels - This song  somehow gets me through my darkest hour. I ask for signs, but my biggest sign is your fingerprint on my heart. Israel died way too soon. Our life together was really only beginning - 4 year 11 month marriage and a six month old beautiful daughter. However, in the time we were together, I grew as a person and continue to grow. I look forward to the day we meet again in Heaven and then the day we greet our daughter in Heaven together.
